Being a Police Chief is a tough job, and the first few years are critical to laying the foundation for success. Spend a week learning from law enforcement leaders about The Disciplinary Process, Budget, Crisis and Leadership Challenges in this course designed by chiefs and taught by chiefs to make sure that foundation is solid. In addition to the material brought to you inside the classroom, networking with fellow new chiefs and instructors is built into the schedule.
