RULES OF EXHIBIT – Preference for Booth space is given to vendors with products or services that directly relate to law enforcement and or public safety. Other vendors will be considered if booth space is available. FPCA reserves the right to refuse an application for booth space. Please note that the FPCA is not responsible in any manner for conflicts that may arise from booth space being located near a competitor. No construction will be allowed on the sides of any booth which would obstruct the view of adjacent booths. No demonstrations of a product or service is allowed that is disruptive to other vendors. All decorative materials must be flame-proofed. No merchandise may extend out of exhibit booths into the aisles. Exhibitors will be required to keep their booths neatly arranged and clean. The FPCA retains the right to modify the floor plan as needed or required.
Only one company and only its representatives are allowed in each booth. Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS! Exhibitors may not reassign, sublet, or allow other companies or it’s representatives to utilize whole or part of booth space provided by the FPCA. Those found to be violating this policy may be asked to leave and no refunds will be given. The FPCA policy firmly prohibits individuals that have not been assigned booth space or some other form of registration from attending, soliciting business and from distributing promotional materials of any type at the FPCA Conferences. Those found doing so will be immediately asked to leave and may be prohibited from participating in future FPCA Conferences.
DISPLAY INFORMATION – Each Booth includes the following: Table draping, two chairs, a sign with the company name and a wastebasket. If you need electric, telecommunications or any other equipment rentals or services, please complete the Vender Request Form that will be forwarded to you by the FPCA’s contractor, Goben Convention Services. You may contact Goben Convention Services directly at 407-872-2223.
EXHIBIT HOURS – The Exhibit hall shall be closed except for hours designated in the official program. The Exhibit hall will be locked immediately after each closing hour, however the FPCA nor the Saddlebrook Resort takes any responsibility for items left in the Exhibit Hall at any time during or after designated hours. The FPCA strongly encourages you to secure items of value. VENDORS WILL BE CHARGED A FEE OF $200 FOR EARLY BREAKDOWN AND LAST BOOTH CHOICE AT THE NEXT FPCA EXPO ATTENDED.
LIABILITY – The exhibitor agrees to make no claims for any reason, including negligence, against the FPCA, the Conference Committee, the Saddlebrook Resort or their members, agents or employees for loss, theft, damage or destruction of exhibit items; nor for any injury to exhibitors while in the exhibit building; nor for any damage of any nature, including damage to his business by reason of the failure to provide space for the exhibit or removal of the exhibit, nor for failure to hold the exhibit as scheduled. The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities on the Hotel premises and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Hotel, its owner, and its management company, as well as their respective agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims. Exhibitors agree to conform to all rules and fire regulations of the facility.
