Registration Information
**This form must be submitted with a minimum $100 deposit per booth.**
Cancellations must be submitted in writing by June 28, 2023 & are subject to a $100 administrative fee. After June 28th you are responsible for full payment. Booths are sold and assigned on a first come/first serve basis. Please refer to the booth layout for location of the premium booths. Questions? Please call 1-850-219-3631.

Exhibition Hours
Exhibit hall shall be closed except for hours designated on official program. Exhibit hall will be secured immediately after closing to protect the exhibits and merchandise. Security will be provided by local law enforcement officials during off hours. NOTHING shall be removed during the period of the exhibit from the exhibitor's space until the closing of the Expo without FPCA approval. NOTE: Early breakdown will result in a $500 fee and last booth choice at the next FPCA exhibition attended.

We agree to abide by the Exhibit Rules and Regulations and contract and ensures that all representatives working in the booth are aware of the terms, conditions and rules pertaining to the exhibition.
A DEPOSIT MUST BE MADE WITH REGISTRATION TO SECURE YOUR BOOTH SELECTION. BOOTHS WILL NOT BE HELD WITHOUT A DEPOSIT.
