The Humane Society of the United States is offering FPCA members and their staff free training on Animal Cruelty.  They provide training to law enforcement officers nationally on investigating animal fighting and cruelty crimes, and the link between illegal animal abuse and other felony crimes.  In the past year, officers from over 1,300 agencies across the country have received this training via the Humane Society free agency workshops and conference presentations.
