Rosen Plaza Hotel Exhibition Dates: January 11 - 12, 2026 Booth selection is not guaranteed until a deposit is received. Payment in full must be received on or before December 5, 2025 or your registration is subject to cancellation without notice or refund. Cancellations must be made before December 5, 2025 or all payments submitted will be considered as forfeiture.
Company representatives at Conference: Two complimentary reps are included in the booth fee which includes all exhibit hall events. Additional representatives are $450 each. Only four representatives maximum allowed per booth. If you wish to have more than four representatives, the purchase of a second booth is necessary. PLEASE NOTE - Only one company per booth. Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS! Exhibitors may not reassign, sublet, or allow other companies to use the whole or a part of the space assigned by FPCA. Exhibitors may not display or advertise any goods or services not manufactured, distributed, otherwise provided by the exhibiting company during the normal course of business. FPCA policy firmly restricts representatives of organizations that have not been assigned an official exhibit booth space from soliciting business and from distributing promotional materials of any type within the Exhibit Hall area or any other areas. Those found doing so will be immediately asked to leave.

Booths are sold and assigned on a first come/first serve basis. To be eligible for the discounted rate, you must be a business member in good standing. To join visit: HERE.

Exhibit hall shall be closed except for hours designated in the official program.Exhibit hall will be secured immediately after closing to protect the exhibits and merchandise. Security will be provided by local law enforcement officials during off hours. Exhibitors may not remove items from their booth or begin breakdown before the official close of the exhibit period without FPCA approval. Early breakdown will result in a $500 fee and last booth selection at the next FPCA Conference attended.
Vehicles are permitted in the exhibit hall; however, any exhibitor displaying a vehicle must purchase a minimum of three booths.

By checking the box below, I hereby authorize FPCA to reserve exhibit space in the Rosen Plaza Hotel for use by above company/organization during the 2026 Mid-Winter Conference. I agree to abide by the Exhibit Rules and Regulations and contract. I ensure all representatives working in the booth are aware of the terms, conditions and rules pertaining to the exhibition.
After clicking the submit button, you will need to complete the Rules of Exhibit Form. This form will be available on your email confirmation. If you do not complete a Rules of Exhibit Form, your registration will not be considered complete.
A deposit of $250 will be collected at the completion of this form. This deposit will guarantee your company a booth at the conference. Full payment must be received on or before December 5, 2025 or your registration is subject to cancellation without notice. Annual Partners are not required to submit a deposit.
Notification of booth cancellation must be made via email to info@fpca.com and received by December 5, 2025, to be refunded exhibitor fees less $250 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after this date will not receive a refund.
