RULES OF EXHIBIT
Booth space is limited to vendors with products or services that directly relate to law enforcement and public safety. FPCA reserves the right to refuse participation based on eligibility requirements or for any other reason. Only one company per booth – NO EXCEPTIONS! No construction will be allowed on the sides of any booth which would obstruct the view of adjacent booths. All decorative materials must be flame-proofed. No merchandise may extend out of exhibit booths into the aisles.
Booths include table draping, two chairs, a sign and booth rental. If you need electric or telecommunications please complete the Vendor Requrest Form that will be forwarded to you at a later date by our contractor, Goben Convention Services. Call Goben Convention Services at 407-872-2223 for any equipment rentals.
Any damage to the building of the exhibitor(s) must be paid for by the exhibitor. Exhibitors will be required to keep their booths neatly arranged and clean. Janitorial services is provided. Exhibitors agree to conform to all rules and fire regulations of the facility.
The Sheraton Bay Point Resort has strict rules governing the hanging of signs on walls or from ceilings. If you need to hang something, you must make arrangements with the Sheraton Bay Point Resort before the conference.
Exhibit hall shall be strictly closed except for hours designated on official program. Exhibit hall will be secured immediately after closing hours to protect the exhibits and merchandise. Security will be provided by local law enforcement officials during off hours. Nothing shall be removed during the period of the exhibit from the exhibitor’s space until the closing of the Expo without FPCA approval. VENDORS WILL BE CHARGED A FEE OF $200 FOR EARLY BREAKDOWN AND LAST BOOTH CHOICE AT THE NEXT FPCA EXPO ATTENDED.
The Exhibitor agrees to make no claims for any reason, including negligence, against the FPCA, the Conference Committee, the Sheraton Bay Point Resort or their members, agents or employees for loss, theft, damage or destruction of exhibit items; nor for any injury to exhibitors while in the exhibit building; nor for any damage of any nature, including damage to his business by reason of the failure to provide space for the exhibit or removal of the exhibit, nor for failure to hold the exhibit as scheduled.
The Exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities on the Hotel premises. The Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Hotel, its owner, and its management company, as well as their respective agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims arising out of: (1) the failure of the Exhibitor, its employees or agents, to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement; and (2) the negligent acts or omissions of the Exhibitor, its employees, agents, or subcontractors.
Your signature on the Application & Contract for Exhibit Space indicates that your company agrees to abide by these terms, conditions and rules.
